Most goods will be sent on a service that requires a signature. Please specify a delivery address where someone will be available during normal office hours to sign for the parcel. We aim to dispatch your order 1-2 days after we receive it, if not on that day for orders received in the morning. However at busy times please allow up to 14 days for delivery. We will send your order on a standard 48 hour service, unless otherwise informed. For furniture delivery details please see below.
Carriage Charges Mainland UK orders are calculated based on the size and weight of the item and is free for all orders over £25 unless otherwise specified.For all orders this includes insurance should the goods be lost or broken in transit.

Please notify us of any breakages or errors on you order within 30 days of receiving the order, and we will send a replacement at no cost to you.

Unwanted items may be returned in their original packaging, in perfect saleable condition, for a full refund. Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the order.
We regret that postage costs cannot be refunded unless goods are being returned due to an error on our part. This applies to both outbound and return postage.
Descriptions and Care of Goods
We have taken care to ensure that pictures and descriptions are representative, however please be aware that most products are hand made and variations are inevitable. This is particularly true for soft furnishings.
